My name is Annie McMahon. I’m originally from Quebec, but I currently live in New Jersey. I recently turned to self-help methods such as meditation and mindfulness after going through a lot of stress and anxiety, and I found peace along the way.

In my search, I met many other people who, like me, went through a challenging time and turned their life around using self-help tools. I became fascinated by their stories, by how the simple act of meditating, for example, can change someone’s life so drastically.

I decided to create this site to share the self-help resources I’ve come across on my journey so other people can benefit from them as well. Some are already well known, others are newer or less popular, but all of them have helped me in one way or another. I invite you to join me as I continue learning and growing.
