Inner Bonding is a self-healing method that teaches you how to love yourself. You will learn to lovingly manage your feelings, connect to your own personal source of guidance, and take inspired action that will help you heal, grow, feel fantastic, and even manifest! It was co-created by best friends Drs. Margaret Paul and Erika Chopich.
